These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in the e-Surgery Health Challenge and your subscription to receive related communications. By signing up, you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them.

Welcome Pack Fulfillment: If you sign up to recieve a Challenge Welcome Pack we will attempt to collect additional information necessary for delivery, such as your postal address and contact details.

Activity and Goal Tracking

The Health Challenge offers optional activity tracking features to help you monitor your fitness and nutrition goals. Participation in these tracking features is entirely voluntary.

If you choose to enable activity tracking, we may collect and process:
- Fitness activities and exercise logs
- Nutrition information and meal tracking data
- Goal progress and achievement metrics
- Personal health and wellness targets you choose to share

Your control over tracking data:
- You can enable or disable activity tracking at any time through your account settings
- You can request deletion of your tracking data by contacting us at

- Opting out of tracking will not affect your participation in other aspects of the Health Challenge such as involvement in the Facebook community.
- Your tracking data is used solely to provide you with personalised insights and progress updates

Third Party Integrations
If you connect third-party fitness or nutrition apps to your Health Challenge account, you acknowledge that data sharing between these services is subject to both our Privacy Policy and the privacy policies of those third-party services.

When signing up for the Health Challenge, you are agreeing to receive communications necessary for running the community. This includes information about the Health Challenge, similar activities, special offers, and promotions that may be of interest to you. By agreeing to receive marketing communications, you give your consent to be contacted via email or other provided contact methods.

You're Rights and Preferences
You have the right to change your preferences regarding marketing communications at any time. If you no longer wish to receive such information from us, you can opt-out by:

Prizes, Rewards and the Challenge Welcome Pack

From time to time, we may offer prizes or rewards to Health Challenge participants based on achievement, participation, or random selection.

Prize Winner Requirements
If you win a prize, you may be required to provide:
• Your full name and postal address for delivery purposes
• Any other information reasonably necessary to fulfil and deliver your prize
You’re not required to share any of this information. It’s completely optional and only needed if you choose to claim your prize. You’re free to decline the prize if you prefer not to share your personal details.
By accepting a prize, you consent to our use of this information solely for the purpose of prize fulfilment and any legally required record-keeping.

Prize Conditions
• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash
• We reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if necessary
• Winners will be notified using the contact details provided in their account
• Failure to respond within the specified timeframe may result in forfeiture of the prize

Welcome Pack
As part of the Health Challenge, we may offer a free welcome pack to eligible participants. To receive a welcome pack, participants will be asked to complete a separate form requesting the same type of personal information required for prize fulfilment, such as name and postal address.
Providing this information is entirely optional and only required if you choose to receive the welcome pack. By submitting the form, you consent to our use of this information solely for the purpose of distributing the welcome pack and any necessary record-keeping. Welcome packs are limited to one per participant for the duration of the Health Challenge and are subject to availability.
